Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and self-compassion practices, clients are guided toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful personal growth. This service is offered by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in accordance with the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Hi, I’m Lauren — a therapist for deep feelers and big thinkers who are tired of pushing down their needs to keep the peace. I help people who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside, they’re exhausted, disconnected, and often harder on themselves than anyone else could be.

In our work together, we slow down. We make space for your feelings, your story, and the parts of you that haven’t had a voice. I often integrate self-compassion, inner child work, CBT, and emotionally focused therapy to support clients in reconnecting with their inner strength and starting to speak up — for themselves, to themselves, and in their relationships.

You don’t have to prove your pain or explain why things feel hard. You get to just show up — messy, unsure, overwhelmed — and be met with care. I offer a gentle, grounded space where we can explore what healing and clarity might look like for you.
